Ordering guidelines & helpful tips

Deposit:

I require 100% of the order up front.

Artwork:

The preferred file format is a layered .PSD file at a minimum of 300 DPI. However, high resolution versions of your artwork in png, tiff, & sometimes jpeg file formats will work. As long as it’s high resolution, many different file types are accepted.

Print sizes:

My maximum print size is around 13” horizontally x 17” vertically. This includes the fronts & backs of shirts, sleeves, tote bags, etc.

Turn around times & deadlines:

Orders will be completed usually within 7-10 business days from the date of when the deposit is received. I am busier during certain times of the year so make sure you specify if you need your order by a particular date!

Mock-ups:

I will include a digital mock-up of how the print might look like before your order is printed! This is not an exact representation but will give you a pretty good idea to how everything will look printed. I will also include a photo of a test print before your order goes into production!

Plan on reordering more shirts in the future?:

Tell me to “hold the screen(s)” for an additional fee of $15 per screen. When it comes time to order more shirts, you won’t have wait for the screens to be remade! This will drastically cut the production time of your shirts the next time you place an order.

Rush orders:

If you need something quick we can usually make it happen as long as it doesn’t conflict with any of my other existing orders. There will be a 60% up-charge of your order for 3 day turnaround, a 50% up-charge for a 4 day turnaround, a 40% up-charge for a 5-6 day turnaround, & a 30% up-charge for anything needed within 7 days.

Refunds & returns:

It’s rare when a customer is unhappy with their final product but it can happen. Digital mock-ups & photos of test prints are sent & must be approved before your order is goes into production to avoid any discrepancies. I am not responsible to reprint or refund the amount of the order once both the digital mock-ups & test print photos are approved.
